Our Phelan preschool San Jose CA program began in 1989. The Phelan infant center and preschool is located in a neighborhood off of Williams Road in San Jose. The classrooms are large and the playground space provides for maximum outdoor activities. The staff has planned a large variety of experiences for young children in a caring environment.
The children are grouped according to ages in infant and preschool classes. There are a variety of field trips and enrichment activities. A large number of the children in the Phelan program move into the kindergarten program at Amber Drive when they are five years old.
