Morgan Hill Preschool

Addison brings nearly three years of experience in education and a genuine passion for creating a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children, families, and teachers can thrive. Before joining Action Day Schools, Addison gained valuable experience in educational leadership, building meaningful relationships, and fostering a strong sense of community. She joined Action Day as an Assistant Director and Enrollment Specialist before stepping into her role as Site Director. What Addison loves most about being a Director is connecting with families, building lasting relationships, and watching children grow and reach exciting milestones. She is equally passionate about mentoring and supporting her teachers, believing that valued and encouraged educators create the best experiences for children. As a mother of two, Addison understands the importance of having a supportive village to help children thrive. She feels fortunate to be part of that village and strives to create a school community where every child feels loved, every family feels welcomed, and every teacher feels supported.
