With a decade of teaching experience in both London and California, Sophie is a passionate educator committed to student growth and success. Since relocating to the U.S. in 2019, Sophie has been a valued member of the Action Day Schools community. Their journey began at the Elementary School, where they taught PE and Transitional Kindergarten while also supporting the Administration team with a focus on data-driven instruction and personalized learning.
In June 2024 Sophie transitioned to the Middle School and assumed the role of Vice Principal, before moving into the role of Principal. Today, Sophie holds the title of Head of School, leading our Elementary and Middle School programs. Their core goals include enhancing students’ academic and social development, fostering a lifelong love of learning, and supporting the unique potential of every child.
