Frequently Asked Questions
Parties should be booked at least 1 week in advance. Bookings can happen up to 6 months in advance.
In some cases, we may be able to reschedule your party. Please reach out to Heather at parties@actiondayschools.com to see if an alternate party date is available. For cancellations we ask for a written notice 2 weeks in advance.
Deposits and full payments are non-refundable. If a party is cancelled without advance notice you will be charged the full party rate.
Your party package includes up to 15 children. If you need to add on additional children please note that a $20.00 per additional child fee will incur. We recommend a maximum of 24 guests. If you would like to add additional guests, please let us know at least 1 week prior to your party.
You may bring a cake, cupcakes, or birthday cookies to celebrate. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing other food or drink items. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
A refrigerator will be available for cakes.
Yes, you may bring in additional decorations. We ask that you let the ADS staff hang them on your behalf. We will send them home with you at the end of the party.
The party space will be designed for your child’s age group, with special attention to safety and developmentally appropriate activities.Â
Outdoor play areas are also maintained for safety.
Our experienced staff are First Aid and CPR trained.
Yes, each child should have a filled in waiver at the start of your party. ADS staff will provide these waivers and can answer any questions you or your guests might have.
Our experienced, fun, passionate Action Day party staff will not only entertain your guests, but will also engage them in activities, and provide supervision to guarantee safety for everyone!
If a parent is not staying at the party please have them fill out the waiver form when they drop off. ADS staff will not be exclusively attending to party guests but will provide general supervision and will lead multiple activities. Please be sure to keep an eye on your party guests, especially if they do not have a parent onsite.
The entire party space is yours! We do not book more than 1 party at a time and you’ll have the whole place to yourself! A standard 6′ x 3′ table is available for desserts and food setup.
For parties who have added on a bounce house, we do require socks. Please be sure to let your party guests know as we will not have spare socks on hand.
