Action Day Global Schools – a stand-alone campus dedicated entirely to full-day Spanish Immersion for children ages 2.5 to 5.

At Action Day Global Schools, learning happens through doing. Our Spanish Immersion Preschool Program surrounds children with the Spanish language all day, every day, creating a natural and engaging environment for language acquisition.

Through music, storytelling, movement, science, art, and purposeful play, children build their vocabulary, confidence, and connection to the world around them. With experienced native Spanish-speaking teachers guiding each moment, students are immersed not only in language, but in joyful discovery that nurtures their social, emotional, and academic development.

Our Immersion Philosophy

At the heart of our Spanish Immersion Program is a powerful belief: young children learn language best when they are fully immersed in it. In our classrooms, Spanish is not taught as a subject—it’s the language of instruction, play, and connection.

Children naturally absorb language as they explore hands-on curriculum, build relationships, and participate in daily routines—all in Spanish. This full-immersion model not only builds fluency, it also nurtures confidence, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation.

The program is led by Claudia Hernandez, our Director of Spanish Immersion, who brings years of experience in early childhood bilingual education and a passion for creating inclusive, engaging learning environments.

We are proud to utilize the Action Star Learning Curriculum throughout all our infant center and preschool locations. Rooted in our 55 years of dedicated observation and cultivation of young minds, Action Star Learning curriculum was developed exclusively for Action Day by renowned curriculum and educational leaders.

In our pursuit of excellence, we’ve not only embraced the California standards as a foundational benchmark but have ventured beyond. The Action Star Learning Curriculum integrates these standards with a wealth of additional content, all the while staying true to our experiential learning philosophy and overarching mission to empower children to develop confidence, creativity, and lifelong critical thinking skills in a fun, loving, and innovation friendly environment. To ensure a seamless experience for all, a consistent semi-structured daily schedule is implemented across all our campuses.
One of the cornerstones of this curriculum lies in its thematic approach. Every month, our students will embark on a voyage of exploration and discovery. These themes, thoughtfully selected to mirror various facets of your child’s everyday life, cover a wide array of subjects such as transportation, animals and habitats, bubbles, nature, and more. Through engaging, hands-on activities, we will delve into these themes, nurturing growth not only in math, literacy, and science but also in social development, and large and fine motor skills.
